Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Austria. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery country — simply enter your address to see the exact rate before you pay. Orders over €300 ship free.

Please allow 5–7 business days to process your order, and up to 14 business days for delivery. Occasionally circumstances outside our control may add a short delay. For order status, contact orders@anbelladesigns.com. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund of the order value.

Returns

Because our lace and trims are sold as fixed cut-to-length deadstock pieces, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges. If you are unsure about a colour, width, or length, please email orders@anbelladesigns.com before ordering and we will be glad to help.

Faulty or incorrect items

If anything arrives faulty or not as described, email a photo and your order number to orders@anbelladesigns.com within 14 days of delivery — there is no need to send the item back. We will confirm a replacement or a refund by email. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 4–5 business days to your original payment method.
