Georgette is a lightweight, slightly crepe-textured woven fabric with a matte finish and soft drape, often used for flowing garments, linings and overlays where a fluid movement matters more than structure. As a plain fabric rather than a lace, it pairs naturally with our embroidered ranges as a base layer or complementary yardage.

AnBella Designs sources this deadstock georgette fabric from the same rescued European mill-end supply as the rest of our fabrics, sold by the metre to designers, ateliers and home sewists. Quantities depend entirely on what stock remains, and a particular roll will not be reordered once it sells through.
