Beaded Lace Embroidery

Beaded embroidery adds hand- or machine-applied beads and sequins to an embroidered lace base, bringing genuine sparkle and dimension for eveningwear, bridal accents and occasion pieces where the point is glamour and light-catching detail rather than subtlety. It is one of the more labour-intensive techniques in our range, reflected in its finer, more detailed finish.

AnBella Designs sources its beaded lace embroidery as European deadstock, sold by the metre for designers, eveningwear makers and home sewists who want a ready-beaded fabric rather than adding beadwork by hand afterwards. As a speciality technique, quantities are naturally small, and a particular beaded design will not be repeated once it sells through.
